A boutique planning and design firm specializing in weddings, special events, and branded experiences with every detail elevated to reflect you. From Philadelphia to Pittsburgh, Cleveland to Maryland's Eastern Shore, if there’s love (and a dance floor), we’re there.
We craft experiences that feel authentic and immersive — designed not just to look beautiful, but tell a story that is undeniably yours.
Locke Events was quite literally, founded out of love. The name honors my grandmother’s maiden name, Lock, and the marriage she and my grandfather have shared for nearly 60 years. Their story is at the heart of everything we do: a reminder that weddings and events aren’t just about one day - they set the tone for the next sixty years of your life.
I am a details snob: the perfect color match, a minute-by-minute timeline, the right DJ who actually listens to the “DO NOT PLAY” list. Basically, if it matters to you, it matters to me.
And while I take my work seriously, I don’t take myself too seriously. I will 100% cry during your vows, keep Cheezits on me at all times for a mid-day snack, and probably end up on the dance floor with you at some point during the night.
I never planned on working in events - I am actually a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and spent my research year working in the NICU with preemies!
In my spare time (I have none) I love to bake! I am by no means planning to break into the Wedding Cake biz, but I do love myself some homemade banana bread.
Go birds. (need I say more?)
While Philly has my heart, I have called many cities home throughout my life - Pittsburgh, Cleveland and D.C.
I am an unapologetic, overly-obsessed dog mom and Franklin, my miniature Dachshund is my best friend.
Wedding cake is not overrated - perfect with a good cup of decaf coffee at 11 PM
